How Prescription Orders Work
-
1Send your prescription — either via EPS (nominate us as your pharmacy at your GP surgery) or post your paper prescription to us.
-
2Pharmacist review — our pharmacist checks your prescription, verifies your details, and screens for any clinical concerns.
-
3Dispensing — your medicines are accurately dispensed, labelled, and packaged with your patient information leaflet.
-
4Dispatch & delivery — your package is posted via Royal Mail and arrives within 1–2 working days of dispatch.
-
5Delivery confirmation — we'll notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.
Packaging & Safety
All medicines are dispensed and packaged in accordance with GPhC and MHRA guidelines:
- Discreet plain packaging — no external labelling indicating pharmacy or medicine contents
- Child-resistant closures used throughout (unless requested otherwise for accessibility reasons)
- Temperature-sensitive medicines (e.g. certain biologics, eye drops) dispatched with appropriate cold-chain packaging
- Patient information leaflets included with every dispensed item
- Medicines requiring controlled storage conditions (e.g. refrigeration) are labelled with clear storage instructions
Delivery Timescales
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Cut-off times:
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched same day (subject to pharmacist review)
- Orders placed after 12pm, or at weekends/bank holidays, are processed on the next working day
- EPS prescriptions are downloaded and processed automatically throughout the working day
Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to your address. If you are not in, a card will be left and the parcel held at your local delivery office for 18 days. If uncollected, it will be returned to us.
If your order is returned, please contact us to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for non-prescription items.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement if required.
For Tracked orders, we can provide a tracking number to locate your parcel.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We do not ship prescription medicines or pharmacy-only (P) medicines internationally. General merchandise (General Sales List products) may be sent to certain international addresses — please contact us to enquire.
