The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) allows your GP to send prescriptions directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically — no paper required. Most GP surgeries in England now use EPS.
Once registered, we track when your repeats are due and request them from your GP automatically. You'll receive a notification before dispatch and delivery.
Yes — NHS prescription delivery is always free. You only pay the standard NHS prescription charge (or nothing if you're exempt). There are no delivery fees.
All medicines are dispensed in tamper-evident packaging clearly labelled with your name, dosage, and usage instructions. Temperature-sensitive medicines are dispatched in appropriate packaging.
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your prescription and typically arrive within 1–3 working days. We'll keep you updated by email and SMS.
Yes. If your GP issues a paper prescription, you can post it to us or drop it in at our Birmingham pharmacy. EPS is faster and recommended where available.
